- Telephone support is available weekdays during extended business hours*. You can submit a service request any time via email or online through our Customer Portal.
- On nights and weekends, an optional emergency response service quickly puts you in touch with an on-call support engineer.
- The most challenging support issues are escalated to senior personnel to facilitate timely resolution.
- With Paladin’s subscription service, frequent software updates are automatically installed, ensuring your system is always up to date.
- The Customer Portal also provides access to our Knowledge Base, training videos, documentation and user forums.
